I have just acquired this picture from an encyclopedia that has been unbound.
The book was printed in 1890 so the picture was painted prior to that date.
It's in perfect condition.
It just proves what a long standing hobby we are involved with :-)

That's a really nice picture, it will be nice framed. I was working at a dept. store a few years ago and got a good price on a framed pic by Steven Meyers of a brug, it's an x-ray. Here it is in poster form http://www.allposters.com/-sp/Datura-sm-Posters_i987140_.htm
